Guerilla Marketing
Communicate
In our group we used different ways of guerilla marketing to inform others about iarc and the shelter bus project.
Product
We made t shirts which everyone would wear on only fridays, with everyone walking around with the same shirt on people would be intrested and ask about why we were wearing them. The t shirt on top is the back of the shirt and the one on the bottom is the front of the shirt.
People
This is a model of an informational booth that would be set up in the EUC that would let people know what our studio is about and our projects. It would help us to stay connected to other people and programs on campus and would allow for more community exposure.
Billboard
(Need something?)
The blue tape shows where a bus shelter would go.
Printed material^
Posters!
These would be placed in the EUC and dorms, they advertise our studio, community blog, and our project
Internet
A way for us to guerilla market was our bumper sticker for facebook application. Facebook a now popular site for everyone to make an account is an easy way and free way to advertise. Especially with the trendy bumper sticker application. People would want to pass it around along with information about the program.

Have you taken the time to visit the surrounding community of Greensboro. Have you seen the needs in our community. A city is only as strong as the weakest link. The second year Interior Architecture students in the Community By Design Studio at the University of North Carolina Greensboro have researched our community and have seen a few of its needs. One of those is a shelter for the many bus stops around Greensboro, and we are proposing to design a bus shelter to help bring people together and start making a difference by helping those in need. . It takes just one willing person, one helping hand, or one caring heart, to bring people together to make a big difference. To learn more visit our community Blog at Communitybydesign.blogspot.com
